For assassins, you don't need to deliver a speech to show your determination. And when Liang, chao-wei and Jet Li make compliments to each other: 好字；好劍法。(Nice handwriting; nice sword skill.) By uttering four Mandarin sounds, you can clearly make your statement. Succinctness is the key.
